This recall affects serial number BF130A through BF160A from the date of manufacture through July 15, 2013. A crack can develop between the number 2 and number 3 cylinder heads allowing water to enter into the combustion chamber. This can cause engine damage and result in loss of power. If you have a boat with a number 2 and/or a number 3 cylinder head that has been modified in any way, including installation of a different intake manifold or carburetor, please contact your nearest Honda dealer to determine if your vessel is affected.
